A company called Fox Strategic Land & Property are proposing exactly that- a huge residential development on the beautiful network of fields, hedgerows, and footpaths that lie between Loughborough, the Outwoods SSSI, and Nanpantan Road.
The proposed development stretches towards the boundaries of Woodhouse Eaves, Woodhouse, and Woodthorpe. The vast majority of this land lies within the proposed Charnwood Forest Regional Park and borders the National Forest.
Fox Strategic Land & Property want their proposal to be included in Charnwood Borough Council's Core Strategic Policy.
